I use a sliding scale pricing for sessions as I am aiming to work towards economic justice - under capitalism and colonialism, it is foolish to think that we live in an equal world, and I try to work towards equity not equality.

The Green Bottle Pricing is a guideline only - essentially my prices are a sliding scale. Please take the time to see where you would place yourself on this scale, and know that your contribution is helping the collective.

For 1:1 clients - one off sessions are available, however it is helpful to think of doing ‘blocks’ of work together. A block of breathwork sessions can be a mixture of styles of breathwork depending on what your needs are or we can focus on one type. Sessions can be online or in-person, and are generally 1-2hrs.

In general, Butyeko sessions will be 1-1.5hrs and Conscious Connected Breathing/SomaBreath sessions will be ~2hrs.

NB: These prices reflect that I am in the last 6months of my 2 year training in CCB (due to finish April 2026) and prices will then change accordingly.
